How do I setup adsense so i receive the commission from Google?

When you are registering your new account there will be a box where you can enter your website URL, in this box you must enter the full domain name of your website (i.e. www.design-a-host.com).

If you already have a adsense account then login to your account and add your new domain name to your account.
