cPanel Setup FAQ


To receive email from an account, please follow the below instructions: TOP


You can view you email by clicking on the webmail icon (to setup an account please see below).



If you don't want to do that then you can use Outlook Express (comes with Windows),
again login to cPanel (as above) and click on the "Mail" icon.



Once Loaded click on the "Manage/add/remove accounts" link.



Once loaded click on the link (marked in pic above) and say "yes" & "ok" to everything,
this will then setup the account automatically for you in "Outlook Express".


To setup an email account, please follow the below instructions: TOP


Login to cPanel, once loaded please click on the "mail" icon as shown above.



Once Loaded click on the "Manage/add/remove accounts" link.



Once loaded click on the "Add Account" link.



Once loaded enter the details required and then click the "Create" button.



Once it has built the email box for you, you will be shown the above, click on the "go back" link to the list of current email accounts you have.


To view your email, please follow the below instructions: TOP


Login to cPanel, once loaded please click on the "Webmail" icon as shown above.



Once Loaded click on the "Horde" link.



Once loaded click on the "Log in" button.



Once loaded click on the + box next to "Mail" as shown above.



Once loaded click on the + box next to "yourdomain.com", as shown above.



Once loaded click on the "+" box next to the account you would like to read, as shown above.



Once loaded click on the "inbox" folder/link.


To edit a webpage, please follow the below instructions: TOP


Login to cPanel, once loaded please click on the "File Manager" icon as shown above.



Once Loaded click on the "public_html" Folder (not the name), as shown above.



Once loaded click on the file you would like to edit, as shown above.



Then click on the "edit file" link at the top right, as shown above.



Make the changes you wish to, then click on the "save" button, as shown above.


To edit a image, please follow the below instructions: TOP


Login to cPanel, once loaded please click on the "File Manager" icon as shown above.



Once Loaded click on the "public_html" Folder (not the name), as shown above.



Once Loaded click on the "images" Folder (not the name), as shown above.



Then click on the "upload file(s)" link, as shown above.



Once Loaded click on the "browse" button and locate the image you wish to upload and click "open", as shown above.



Then check the "Overwrite existing files" box, as shown above.



Then click on the "upload" button, as shown above.
NOTE: Make sure the image you want to upload is the same name as the one you want to replace.
